Today is the second time I have received this email with a virus attachment. This is a pretty nasty attempt to get the average users system infected. Although I’m not uneducated enough to open the attachment and infect my system or better yet put our in office Trend Micro software to the test. I am irritated enough to write about this thing. Here is the email:

These things are so incredibly agitating to receive when they actually get your attention. If, for some reason, you do not have good anti virus software on your system, then get one. Some great suggestions are found at our main company website along with other down loadable security software trials. My professional suggestion as an IT Consultant would be Trend Micro and is the reason we have partnered with this excellent anti virus provider.
Let me leave this post with the obvious advice: DO NOT OPEN ATTACHMENTS UNLESS YOU KNOW THE SENDER.
As always, If you find this post useful at all please comment. We’d love to know how useful this is for our audience!
